We operate our practice on an appointment-only basis. This means that every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. This allows us to guarantee that we can focus entirely on your treatment and that you will not experience any unnecessary waiting times.
If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance . This gives us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient in pain.
Please understand that in the event of unexcused non-attendance or very short-notice cancellations, we will have to charge a cancellation fee in accordance with § 615 BGB (German Civil Code), unless we are able to reallocate the time.
